Our Founder

Florian Genet is a Financial Markets Talents Headhunter dedicated to Front Office roles since the beginning of his career in 2009.

Graduated from a Master in Market Finance at ESG Paris in 2009, he achieved his first professional experiences, between 2007 and 2009, in the context of his studies internships. Firstly at Mag AM Geneva (2007) as Portfolio Manager Assistant, then at Cantor Fitzgerald as Sales Trader Assistant (2008: on the Equities desk in London and on the Equity Derivatives desk in Paris) and finally at Exane Derivatives Paris as Sales Assistant (2009: Cash Credit desk).

He fully capitalized his knowledge of the front office working environment (buy side and sell side) and into his executive search recruitment expertise.
